2 Chronicles Chapter 5 - | Early Church Bible

1: And [G2532] was completed [G4931] all [G3956] the [G3588] work [G2039] which [G3739] Solomon did [G4160] in [G1722] house [G3624] of Boss '[G2962]; and [G2532] Solomon carried in [G1533] the [G3588] holy [things] of David the [G3588] his father [G3962][G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] silver , and [G2532] the [G3588] gold [G5553], and [G2532] all [G3956] the [G3588] items [G4632]; and [G2532] he put [them [G1325] in [G1519] a treasury [G2344] house [G3624] of Boss '[G2962].
2: Then [G5119] Solomon held an assembly of all [G3956] the [G3588] elders [G4245] of Israel, and [G2532] all [G3956] the [G3588] rulers of the [G3588] tribes [G5443], rulers [G2233] of the [G3588] families [G3965] of sons [G5207] of Israel in [G1519] Jerusalem, the [G3588] to bring the [G3588] ark [G2787] of covenant [G1242] of Boss '[G2962] from out of [G1537] city [G4172] of David -- [this is [G3778] Zion.
3: And [G2532] was assembled unto [G4314] the [G3588] king every [G3956] man of Israel] in [G1722] the [G3588] holiday [G1859] -- this [G3778] the [G3588] month [G3376] the [G3588] seventh [G1442].
4: And [G2532] came [G2064] all [G3956] the [G3588] elders [G4245] of Israel], and [G2532] took [G2983] all [G3956] the [G3588] Levites] the [G3588] ark [G2787].
5: And [G2532] they brought the [G3588] ark [G2787], and [G2532] the [G3588] tent [G4633] of the [G3588] testimony [G3142], and [G2532] all [G3956] the [G3588] items [G4632] the [G3588] pure ', the [G3588] [ones] in [G1722] the [G3588] tent [G4633]; and [G2532] brought it [G1473] the [G3588] priests [G2409] and [G2532] the [G3588] Levites].
6: And [G2532] the [G3588] king Solomon, and [G2532] all [G3956] the [G3588] gathering [G4864] of Israel, and [G2532] the [G3588] [ones] being assembled [G1996] unto [G1909] him [G1473] before [G1715] the [G3588] ark [G2787] were sacrificing [G2380] calves [G3448] and [G2532] sheep [G4263], which [G3739] will not be [G3756] counted nor [G3761] considered [G3049] because off the [G3588] multitude [G4128].
7: And [G2532] carried in [G1533] the [G3588] priests [G2409] the [G3588] ark [G2787] of covenant [G1242] of Boss '[G2962] into [G1519] the [G3588] place [G5117] of it [G1473], into [G1519] the [G3588] dabir of the [G3588] house [G3624], into [G1519] the [G3588] pures ' of the [G3588] pures ', underneath [G5270] the [G3588] wings [G4420] of the [G3588] cherubim [G5502].
8: And [G2532] were the [G3588] cherubim [G5502] being opened and spread out of the [G3588]ir wings [G4420][G1473] over [G1909] the [G3588] place [G5117] of the [G3588] ark [G2787]. And [G2532] covered [G4780] the [G3588] cherubim [G5502] the [G3588] ark [G2787], and [G2532] over [G1909] the [G3588] its bearing poles [G1473] on top .
9: And [G2532] projected [G5242] the [G3588] bearing poles , and [G2532] were seen the [G3588] tips [G2776] of the [G3588] bearing poles from the [G3588] ark [G2787] of [G1537] the [G3588] pures ' in [G1519] front [G4383] of the [G3588] dabir , and [G2532] [they were] not [G3756] seen outside [G1854]. And [G2532] they were there [G1563] until [G2193] the [G3588] this day [G2250][G3778].
10: Nothing [G3756] was in [G1722] the [G3588] ark [G2787] except [G4133] two [G1417] tablets [G4109] which [G3739] Moses stationed [G5087] at [G1722] Horeb, which [G3739] BOSS ordained [G1303][G2962] with [G3326] the [G3588] sons [G5207] of Israel in [G1722] the [G3588]ir coming forth [G1831][G1473] from out of [G1537] land '[G1093] of Egypt.
11: And [G2532] it came to pass [G1096] in [G1722] the [G3588] coming forth [G1831] of the [G3588] priests [G2409] from out of [G1537] the [G3588] holy [places , (for [G3754] all [G3956] the [G3588] priests [G2409] the [G3588] being found [G2147] were sanctified , for they were not [G3756] [then] set in order [G1299] according to [G2596] daily rotation [G2183])
12: and [G2532] the [G3588] Levites, the [G3588] psalm singers , all [G3956] with [G4862] the [G3588] sons [G5207] of Asaph, the [G3588] of Heman, [to the [G3588] Jeduthun, and [G2532] [to the [G3588]ir sons [G5207][G1473], and [G2532] [to the [G3588]ir brothers [G1473] of the [G3588] [ones] putting on [G1746] apparels [G4749] of fine linen [G1039], with [G1722] cymbals [G2950], and [G2532] with [G1722] stringed instruments , and [G2532] with [G1722] lutes , [were] standing [G2476] over against [G2713] the [G3588] altar [G2379], and [G2532] with [G3326] them [G1473] the [G3588] priests [G2409] a hundred [G1540] and [G2532] twenty [G1501] trumpeting [G4537] with [G1722] the [G3588] trumpets [G4536].
13: And [G2532] there was [G1096] one [G1520] sound [G5456] in [G1722] the [G3588] trumpeting [G4537], and [G2532] in [G1722] the [G3588] singing along with stringed instruments , and [G2532] in [G1722] the [G3588] sounding out loud voice [G5456] with one [G1520] the [G3588] to praise and [G2532] to make acknowledgement [G1843] to the [G3588] Boss '[G2962]. And [G2532] as [G5613] they raised up high [G5312] the [G3588] voice [G5456] with [G1722] the [G3588] trumpets [G4536], and [G2532] with [G1722] cymbals [G2950], and [G2532] with [G1722] instruments for the [G3588] odes [G5603], that [G2532] they said [G3004], Make acknowledgment [G1843] to the [G3588] Boss '[G2962] for [G3754] [he is] good , for [G3754] into [G1519] the [G3588] age (term) ` the [G3588] [is] his compassion [G1656][G1473]! And [G2532] the [G3588] house [G3624] was filled up [G1705] of cloud [G3507] and [G2532] of glory [G1391] of Boss '[G2962].
14: And [G2532] were not able [G3756][G1410] the [G3588] priests [G2409] the [G3588] to stand [G2476] to officiate [G3008] before face [G4383] of the [G3588] cloud [G3507], for [G3754] filled up [G1705] glory [G1391] [of the] Boss '[G2962] the [G3588] house [G3624] of the [G3588] God '[G2316].
