1: Why did [G2444] neigh [G5433] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484], and [G2532] peoples [G2992] meditate upon [G3191] vain [things] [G2756]?
2: stood by [G3936] the [G3588] kings of the [G3588] land '[G1093], and [G2532] the [G3588] rulers gathered [G4863] together against [G2596] the [G3588] Boss '[G2962] and [G2532] against [G2596] the [G3588] his anointed [one [G5547][G1473],
3: We should tear up [G1284] the [G3588]ir bonds [G1199][G1473], and [G2532] we should throw away from us [G1473] the [G3588]ir yoke [G2218][G1473].
4: the [one] [G3588] dwelling [G2730] in [G1722] raised-places-above (skies) '[G3772] derides them [G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] Boss '[G2962] ridicules [G1592] them [G1473].
