1: likened [G3664] For [G1063] is the [G3588] government ' of the [G3588] raised-places-above (skies) '[G3772] to a man , a boss of a house [G3617], who [G3748] came forth [G1831] at the same time [in the] morning [G4404] to hire [G3409] workers [G2040] for [G1519] the [G3588] his vineyard [G1473].
2: And [G2532] having agreed [G4856] with [G3326] the [G3588] workers [G2040] for [G1537] a denarius [G1220] the [G3588] a day [G2250], he sent them [G1473] into [G1519] the [G3588] his vineyard [G1473].
3: And [G2532] having come forth [G1831] around [G4012] the [G3588] third [G5154] hour [G5610], he looked [at] [G1492] others standing [G2476] in [G1722] the [G3588] market idle .
4: And to those [G2548] he said [G2036], You go [G5217] also [G2532] yourselves [G1473] into [G1519] the [G3588] vineyard ! and [G2532] what [G3739] ever [G1437] might be just [G1342] I will give [G1325] to you [G1473].
5: And they the [G3588][G1161] went forth . Again [G3825] going forth [G1831] around [G4012] sixth [G1622] and [G2532] ninth [G1766] hour [G5610], he did [G4160] likewise [G5615].
6: And around [G4012][G1161] the [G3588] eleventh [G1734] hour [G5610], having come forth [G1831], he found [G2147] others standing [G2476] idle , and [G2532] he says [G3004] to them [G1473], Why [G5100] here [G5602] do you stand [G2476] entire [G3650] the [G3588] day [G2250] idle ?
7: They say [G3004] to him [G1473] that [G3754], No one [G3762] hired us [G1473][G3409]. He says [G3004] to them [G1473], You go [G5217] also [G2532] yourselves [G1473] into [G1519] the [G3588] vineyard , and [G2532] what [G3739] ever [G1437] might be just [G1342] you will receive [G2983]!
8: And evening [G3798][G1161] having become [G1096], says [G3004] the [G3588] boss [G2962] of the [G3588] vineyard [to the [G3588] his caretaker [G2012][G1473], Call [G2564] the [G3588] workers [G2040], and [G2532] render to them [G1473] the [G3588] wage [G3408]! beginning from the [G3588] last [G2078] unto [G2193] the [G3588] first [G4413].
9: And [G2532] the ones having come [G2064] the [G3588] around [G4012] the [G3588] eleventh [G1734] hour [G5610], received [G2983] each a denarius [G1220].
10: And having come [G2064][G1161], the [G3588] first ones [G4413] thought [G3543] that [G3754] more [G4183] they will receive [G2983]; and [G2532] they received [G2983] also [G2532] themselves [G1473] each a denarius [G1220].
11: And having received [G2983][G1161], they grumbled [G1111] against [G2596] the [G3588] boss of the house [G3617],
12: saying [G3004] that [G3754], These [G3778] the [G3588] last [G2078] [for only] one [G1520] hour [G5610] produced [G4160], and [G2532] equal [G2470] to us [G1473] you made them [G1473][G4160], the [G3588] [ones] bearing the [G3588] load of the [G3588] day [G2250] and [G2532] the [G3588] burning wind [G2742].
13: And he the [G3588][G1161] responding said [G2036] to one [G1520] of them [G1473], My companion [G2083], not [G3756] I wrong you [G1473]; not [G3780] [for] a denarius [G1220] did you agree [G4856] with me [G1473]?
14: Carry the [G3588] yours [G4674] and [G2532] go [G5217]! But I want [G2309] to these [G3778] the [G3588] last ones [G2078] to give [G1325] as [G5613] also [G2532] to you [G1473].
15: Or [G2228] is it not allowed [G3756][G1832] to me [G1473] to do [G4160] what [G3739] I want [G2309] in [G1722] the [things] [G3588] mine [G1699]? Is [it [G1487] the [G3588] your eye [G3788][G1473] is wicked [G4190], that [G3754] I [G1473] am good ?
16: Thus [G3779] will be the [G3588] last [G2078] first [G4413], and [G2532] the [G3588] first [G4413] last [G2078]. For many [G4183][G1063] are called [G2822], but few [G3641][G1161] chosen [G1588].
17: And [G2532] going up the [G3588] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]) unto [G1519] Jerusalem, took with himself [G3880] the [G3588] twelve [G1427] trainees '[G3101] in [G2596] private [G2398] on [G1722] the [G3588] way [G3598], and [G2532] he said [G2036] to them [G1473];
18: look [G2400], we go up unto [G1519] Jerusalem, and [G2532] the [G3588] son [G5207] of the [G3588] man will be delivered up [G3860] to the [G3588] chief priests , and [G2532] scholars (scribes) '[G1122] (soferim [H5613]), and [G2532] they will condemn [G2632] him [G1473] to death [G2288].
19: And [G2532] they will deliver him up [G3860][G1473] to the [G3588] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484], to [G1519] the [G3588] mock [G1702] and [G2532] to whip [G3146] and [G2532] to crucify [G4717]; and [G2532] in the [G3588] third [G5154] day [G2250] he will rise up .
20: Then [G5119] came forward [G4334] to him [G1473] the [G3588] mother [G3384] of the [G3588] sons [G5207] of Zebedee with [G3326] the [G3588] her sons [G5207][G1473] doing obeisance [G4352], and [G2532] asking something [G5100] from [G3844] him [G1473].
21: And he the [G3588][G1161] said [G2036] to her [G1473], What [G5100] do you want [G2309]? She says [G3004] to him [G1473], Say [G2036] that [G2443] should sit down [G2523] these [G3778] the [G3588] two [G1417] sons [G5207] my [G1473], one [G1520] on [G1537] your right [G1188][G1473], and [G2532] one [G1520] on [G1537] your left [G2176][G1473], in [G1722] the [G3588] your government '[G1473]!
22: And answering [G1161] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]) the [G3588] said [G2036], You do not know [G3756][G1492] what [G5100] you ask . Are you able [G1410] to drink [G4095] the [G3588] cup [G4221] which [G3739] I [G1473] am about [G3195] to drink [G4095]? And [G2532] the [G3588] submergence which [G3739] I [am [G1473] submerged to be submerged ? They say [G3004] to him [G1473], We are able [G1410].
23: And [G2532] he says [G3004] to them [G1473], the [G3588][G3303] Indeed [G3303], my cup [G4221][G1473] you will drink [G4095], and [G2532] the [G3588] submergence which [G3739] I [am [G1473] submerged you will be submerged ; the [G3588] but [G1161] to sit down [G2523] on [G1537] my right [G1188][G1473] and [G2532] on [G1537] my left [G2176][G1473] not [G3756] is mine [G1699] to give [G1325], but to the ones whom [G3739] it has been prepared [G2090] by [G5259] the [G3588] father [G3962] of me [G1473].
24: And [G2532] having heard , the [G3588] ten [G1176] were indignant about [G4012] the [G3588] two [G1417] brothers .
25: the [G3588] And [G1161] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]) having called [G4341] them [G1473], said [G2036], You know [G1492] that [G3754] the [G3588] rulers of the [G3588] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484] dominate [G2634] them [G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] great ones [G3173] exercise authority over [G2715] them [G1473].
26: not [G3756] so [G3779] But [G1161] will it be with [G1722] you [G1473]. But who [G3739] ever [G1437] should want [G2309] among [G1722] you [G1473] great [G3173] to become [G1096], will be your [G1473] servant [G1249].
27: And [G2532] who [G3739] ever [G1437] should want [G2309] among [G1722] you [G1473] to be first [G4413], will be your [G1473] servant [G1401].
28: As [G5618] the [G3588] son [G5207] of the [G3588] man did not [G3756] come [G2064] to be served [G1247], but to serve [G1247], and [G2532] to give [G1325] the [G3588] his life [G5590][G1473] as a ransom [G3083] instead of many [G4183].
29: And [G2532] of their going forth [G1607][G1473] from Jericho, there followed to him [G1473] crowd [G3793] a great [G4183].
30: And [G2532] look [G2400], two [G1417] blind men [G5185] sitting down [G2521] by [G3844] the [G3588] way [G3598], having heard that [G3754] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]) is passing by [G3855], cried out [G2896], saying [G3004], Show compassion on [G1653] us [G1473], O Boss '[G2962], son [G5207] of David!
31: But the [G3588][G1161] crowd [G3793] reproached [G2008] them [G1473] that [G2443] they should keep silent [G4623]. But all the [G3588][G1161] greater [G3173] they cried out [G2896], saying [G3004], Show compassion on [G1653] us [G1473], O Boss '[G2962], son [G5207] of David!
32: And [G2532] standing [G2476], the [G3588] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]) called [G5455] them [G1473], and [G2532] said [G2036], What [G5100] do you want [G2309] I should do [G4160] to you [G1473]?
33: They say [G3004] to him [G1473], O Boss '[G2962], that [G2443] should be open our [G1473] the [G3588] eyes [G3788].
34: And moved with compassion [G4697][G1161], the [G3588] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]) touched the [G3588]ir eyes [G3788][G1473]. And [G2532] immediately [G2112] gained sight their [G1473] the [G3588] eyes [G3788], and [G2532] they followed him [G1473].
