Romans Chapter 11 - | Early Church Bible

1: I say [G3004] then [G3767], Did [G3361] God thrust away the [G3588][G2316] the [G3588] his people [G2992][G1473]? May it not [G3361] be [G1096]. For even [G2532][G1063] I [G1473] am an Israelite , of [G1537] seed [G4690] of Abraham, of tribe [G5443] of Benjamin.
2: did not [G3756] thrust away the [G3588] God '[G2316] the [G3588] his people [G2992][G1473] whom [G3739] he foreknew [G4267]. Or [G2228] do you not [G3756] know [G1492] in [G1722] Elijah what [G5100] says [G3004] the [G3588] scripture [G1124], how [G5613] he intercedes [G1793] the [G3588] [with] God '[G2316] according to [G2596] the [G3588] Israel, saying [G3004],
3: O Boss '[G2962], the [G3588] your prophets [G4396][G1473] they killed , and [G2532] the [G3588] your altars [G2379][G1473] they razed [G2679], and I [G2504] [am] left [G5275] alone [G3441], and [G2532] they seek [G2212] the [G3588] life [G5590] of me [G1473].
4: But what [G5100] says [G3004] to him [G1473] the [G3588] divine answer [G5538]? I left behind [G2641] to myself [G1683] seven thousand [G2035] men , the ones who [G3748] [have] not [G3756] bent [G2578] a knee [G1119] the [G3588] to Baal.
5: So [G3779] then [G3767] also [G2532] in [G1722] the [G3588] present [G3568] time [G2540] a remnant [G3005] according to [G2596] choice [G1589] of favor [G5484] takes place [G1096].
6: But if [G1487][G1161] by favor [G5484], no longer [G3765] of [G1537] works [G2041]; else [G1893] the [G3588] favor [G5484] no longer [G3756] becomes [G1096] favor [G5484]. But if [G1487][G1161] of [G1537] works [G2041], no longer [G3765] is it favor [G5484]; else [G1893] the [G3588] work [G2041] no longer [G3756] is work [G2041].
7: What [G5100] then [G3767]? What [G3739] Israel seeks anxiously for [G1934], this [G3778] it did not [G3756] succeed in [G2013]; but the [G3588][G1161] chosen [G1589] succeeded [G2013], and the [G3588][G1161] remaining [G3062] were callous [G4456],
8: (as [G2531] it has been written [G1125], gave [G1325] to them [G1473] the [G3588] God '[G2316] a wind/spirit/breathing '[G4151] of vexation [G2659], of eyes [G3788] the [G3588] to not [G3361] see , and [G2532] ears [G3775] the [G3588] to not [G3361] hear, ) until [G2193] the [G3588] today's [G4594] day [G2250].
9: And [G2532] David says [G3004], Let become [G1096] the [G3588]ir table [G5132][G1473] for [G1519] a snare [G3803], and [G2532] for [G1519] a trap [G2339], and [G2532] for [G1519] an obstacle [G4625], and [G2532] for [G1519] a recompense to them [G1473]!
10: Let be darkened [G4654] the [G3588]ir eyes [G3788][G1473] the [G3588] to not [G3361] see , and [G2532] the [G3588]ir back [G3577][G1473] always [G1275] bent downwards [G4781]!
11: I say [G3004] then [G3767], did they stumble [G3361][G4417] that [G2443] they should fall [G4098]? May it not [G3361] be [G1096]. But [in the [G3588]ir [G1473] transgression [G3900] the [G3588] deliverance [came [G4991] to the [G3588] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484], for [G1519] the [G3588] provoking them to jealousy [G3863][G1473].
12: But if [G1487][G1161] the [G3588]ir transgression [G3900][G1473] [was for the] wealth [G4149] of arrangement '[G2889], and [G2532] the [G3588]ir vanquishing [G2275][G1473] [for the] wealth [G4149] of tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484], how much [G4214] more [G3123] the [G3588]ir fullness [G4138][G1473]?
13: to you [G1473] For [G1063] I speak [G3004], to the [G3588] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484]; upon [G1909] as much as [G3745] indeed [G3303] I am [G1473] of tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484] a sent one (apostle) ', the [G3588] my service [G1248][G1473] I glorify [G1392],
14: if by any means [G1513] I should provoke to jealousy [G3863] [the ones] of my [G1473] the [G3588] flesh [G4561], and [G2532] will deliver [G4982] some [G5100] from among [G1537] them [G1473].
15: For if [G1487][G1063] the [G3588] casting off of them [G1473] [be for the] reconciliation [G2643] of arrangement '[G2889], what [G5100] [will be] the [G3588] reception [of them [G4356], unless [G1508] life [G2222] from [G1537] dead [G3498].
16: And if [G1487][G1161] the [G3588] first-fruit [be] pure ', also [G2532] the [G3588] batch [G5445]; and [G2532] if [G1487] the [G3588] root [G4491] [be] pure ', also [G2532] the [G3588] branches [G2798].
17: But if [G1487][G1161] some [G5100] of the [G3588] branches [G2798] were broken off [G1575], and you [G1473][G1161] being a wild olive tree were engrafted [G1461] in [G1722] them [G1473], and [G2532] fellow-partakers [G4791] of the [G3588] root [G4491] and [G2532] the [G3588] fatness [G4096] of the [G3588] olive tree [G1636] became [G1096],
18: glory not over [G3361][G2620] the [G3588] branches [G2798]! But if [G1487][G1161] you gloried over [them [G2620], [know that] you do not [G3756][G1473] the [G3588] root [G4491] bear , but the [G3588] root [bears [G4491] you [G1473].
19: You will say [G2046] then [G3767], were broken off [G1575] the [G3588] branches [G2798] that [G2443] I [G1473] should be engrafted [G1461].
20: Well [G2573], the [G3588] by unbelief they were broken off [G1575], and you [G1473][G1161] in the [G3588] trust '[G4102] stand [G2476]. Be not [G3361] high-minded [G5309], but fear [G5399].
21: For if [G1487][G1063] the [G3588] God '[G2316] the [G3588] according to [G2596] nature [G5449] branches [G2798] spared not [G3756][G5339], perhaps [G3381] not even [G3761] you [G1473] he will spare [G5339].
22: look [at] [G1492] then [G3767] graciousness [G5544] and [G2532] severity of God '[G2316]! indeed upon [G1909][G3303] the [G3588] [ones] having fallen [G4098] -- severity ; but upon [G1909][G1161] you [G1473] -- graciousness [G5544], if [G1437] you should remain [G1961] in the [G3588] graciousness [G5544]; else [G1893] also [G2532] you [G1473] will be cut off [G1581].
23: also [G2532] those [G1565] And [G1161] if [G1437] they do not [G3361] remain [G1961] in the [G3588] unbelief , will be engrafted [G1461]; able [G1415] for [G1063] is the [G3588] God '[G2316] again [G3825] to engraft [G1461] them [G1473].
24: For if [G1487][G1063] you [G1473], from [G1537] the [G3588] according to [G2596] nature [G5449] were cut off [G1581] wild olive tree , and [G2532] contrary [G3844] to nature [G5449] were engrafted [G1461] into [G1519] fruitful olive tree [G2565]; how much [G4214] more [G3123] these [G3778], the [G3588] [ones] according to [G2596] nature [G5449], will be engrafted into [G1461] their the [G3588] own [G2398] olive tree [G1636]?
25: For I do not [G3756][G1063] want [G2309] you [G1473] to be ignorant , brothers , the [G3588] [of] this mystery [G3466][G3778], that [G2443] you should not [G3361] be in [G3844] yourselves [G1438] intelligent [G5429], that [G3754] callousness [G4457] in part [G3313] [to the [G3588] Israel has happened [G1096] until of which [time] [G3739] the [G3588] fullness [G4138] of the [G3588] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484] should enter in [G1525].
26: And [G2532] so [G3779] all [G3956] Israel will be delivered [G4982], as [G2531] it has been written [G1125], will come [G2240] from out of [G1537] Zion the [G3588] [one] rescuing [G4506], and [G2532] he will turn impious deeds from Jacob.
27: And [G2532] this [G3778] to them [G1473] [is] the [G3588] by [G3844] me [G1473] covenant [G1242], whenever [G3752] I should remove the [G3588]ir sins [G1473].
28: Indeed according to [G2596][G3303] the [G3588] good-word-conveyed (good message) '[G2098], enemies [G2190] for your account [G1223][G1473]; but according to [G2596][G1161] the [G3588] selection [G1589], beloved on account of [G1223] the [G3588] fathers [G3962].
29: For irrevocable [G1063] [are] the [G3588] favors [G5486] and [G2532] the [G3588] calling [G2821] of the [G3588] God '[G2316].
30: For as [G5618][G1063] also [G2532] you [G1473] at some time or other [G4218] resisted persuasion [to the [G3588] God '[G2316], but now [G3568][G1161] you were shown compassion [G1653] in of the [G3588]se [G3778] disobedience ;
31: so [G3779] also [G2532] these [G3778] now [G3568] resisted persuasion [to the [G3588] your [G5212] compassion [G1656], that [G2443] also [G2532] they [G1473] should be shown compassion [G1653].
32: closed up [G4788] For [G1063] the [G3588] God '[G2316] all of the [G3588] [ones] [G3956] in [G1519] disobedience , that [G2443] all of the [G3588] [ones] [G3956] he should show compassion [G1653].
33: O [G5599] depth of wealth [G4149] and [G2532] wisdom [G4678] and [G2532] knowledge [G1108] of God '[G2316]; as [G5613] unsearchable the [G3588] [are] his judgments [G2917][G1473], and [G2532] untraceable the [G3588] [are] his ways [G3598][G1473].
34: For who [G5100][G1063] knew [G1097] mind [G3563] of Boss '[G2962], or [G2228] who [G5100] his counselor [G4825][G1473] became [G1096]?
35: Or [G2228] who [G5100] first gave [G4272] to him [G1473] and [G2532] he will recompense to him [G1473]?
36: For [G3754] from out of [G1537] him [G1473] and [G2532] through [G1223] him [G1473] and [G2532] unto [G1519] him [G1473] [are] all [things] the [G3588][G3956]. To him [G1473] [be] the [G3588] glory [G1391] into [G1519] the [G3588] ages (terms) `. Amen .
