Micah Chapter 3 - | Early Church Bible

1: And [G2532] he will say [G2046], Hear indeed [G1211], O the [G3588] heads of the [G3588] Jacob, and [G2532] O the [G3588] remnant [G2645] of house [G3624] of Israel! not [G3756] for you [G1473] Is it the [G3588] to know [G1097] the [G3588] equity [G2917]?
2: O ones detesting [G3404] the [G3588] good [things] [G2570], and [G2532] seeking [G2212] the [G3588] wicked [things] [G4190]; seizing by force the [G3588]ir skins [G1192][G1473] from them [G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588]ir flesh [G4561][G1473] from the [G3588]ir bones [G3747][G1473];
3: in which [G3739] manner [G5158] they devoured [G2719] the [G3588] flesh [G4561] of the [G3588] my people [G2992][G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588]ir skins [G1192][G1473] they flayed from them [G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588]ir bones [G3747][G1473] they fractured in pieces [G4917] as [G5613] flesh [G4561] for [G1519] kettle , and [G2532] as [G5613] meats [G2907] for [G1519] pot .
4: Thus [G3779] they will cry out [G2896] to [G4314] the [G3588] Boss '[G2962], and [G2532] he will not [G3756] listen to [G1522] them [G1473]. And [G2532] he will turn the [G3588] his face [G4383][G1473] from them [G1473] in [G1722] the [G3588] that time [G2540][G1565], because they were wicked in [G1722] the [G3588]ir practices [G1473].
5: Thus [G3592] says [G3004] Boss '[G2962] concerning [G1909] the [G3588] prophets [G4396], of the [G3588] [ones] misleading [G4105] the [G3588] people [G2992] of me [G1473]; the [G3588] [ones] biting [G1143] with [G1722] the [G3588]ir teeth [G3599][G1473], and [G2532] proclaiming [G2784] peace [G1515] upon [G1909] [them [G1473], and [when [G2532] nothing [G3756] was put [G1325] into [G1519] the [G3588]ir mouth [G4750][G1473], they [even] sanctified against [G1909] [them [G1473] a war [G4171].
6: On account of [G1223] this [G3778] night [G3571] to you [G1473] there will be instead of [G1537] a vision [G3706]; and [G2532] darkness [G4653] will be to you [G1473] for [G1537] divination ; and [G2532] will go down [G1416] the [G3588] sun [G2246] upon [G1909] the [G3588] prophets [G4396], and [G2532] will darken upon [G1909] them [G1473] the [G3588] day [G2250].
7: And [G2532] will be disgraced [G2617] the [G3588] [ones] seeing [G3708] the [G3588] dreams [G1798]; and [G2532] will be ridiculed [G2606] the [G3588] clairvoyants ; and [G2532] will speak ill [G2635] against [G2596] them [G1473] all [G3956] these [G1473]; because [G1360] there not [G3756] is one the [G3588] heeding [G1873] them [G1473].
8: Surely [G1437][G3361] I [G1473] will fill up [G1705] strength [G2479] in [G1722] wind/spirit/breathing '[G4151] of Boss '[G2962], and [G2532] judgment [G2917], and [G2532] might , the [G3588] to report the [G3588] to Jacob of his impiety [G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] to Israel of his sins [G1473].
9: Hear indeed [G1211] these [things] [G3778], O the [G3588] leaders [G2233] of house [G3624] of Jacob, and [G2532], O the [G3588] remnants [G2645] of house [G3624] of Israel! the [G3588] [ones] abhorring equity [G2917], and [G2532] all [G3956] the [ones] the [G3588] straight [things] [G3717] perverting [G1294];
10: the [ones] [G3588] building [G3618] Zion with [G1722] blood , and [G2532] Jerusalem with [G1722] injustice .
11: the [G3588] Her leaders [G2233][G1473] with [G3326] bribes [G1435] judge [G2919], and [G2532] the [G3588] her priests [G2409][G1473] with [G3326] a wage [G3408] answer , and [G2532] the [G3588] her prophets [G4396][G1473] with [G3326] silver [are] divining [G3132]; but [G2532] upon [G1909] the [G3588] Boss '[G2962] they rest upon [G1879], saying [G3004], not [G3780] Boss '[G2962] among [G1722] us [G1473] is ? In no way will come [G1904] upon [G1909] us [G1473] bad [things] [G2556].
12: On account of [G1223] this [G3778], because of [G1223] you [G1473], Zion as [G5613] a field will be plowed , and [G2532] Jerusalem as [G5613] a [vacant] storehouse of fruits will be , and [G2532] the [G3588] raised-place (mountain) '[G3735] of the [G3588] house [G3624] as [G1519] a place [G5117] of forest .
