Leviticus Chapter 21 - | Early Church Bible

1: And [G2532] BOSS said [G2036][G2962] to [G4314] Moses, saying [G3004], Speak [G2036] to the [G3588] priests [G2409], to the [G3588] sons [G5207] of Aaron! And [G2532] you will say [G2046] to [G4314] them [G1473], that [G1722] [among their the [G3588] [dead] souls [G5590] they will not [G3756] defile themselves [G3392] among [G1722] the [G3588]ir tradition-people (ethnic) '[G1484][G1473];
2: but only among [G1722] the [G3588] members of the family [G3609] the [G3588] near [G1451] them [G1473] -- for [G1909] father [G3962], and [G2532] for [G1909] mother [G3384], and [G2532] for [G1909] sons [G5207], and [G2532] for [G1909] daughters [G2364], and [G2532] for [G1909] brother ,
3: and [G2532] for [G1909] sister of him '[G1473] virgin [G3933] the [G3588] being near [G1448] to him [G1473], the [sister the [G3588] not [G3361] being espoused [G1554] to a man ; for [G1909] these [G3778] he will not [G3756] defile himself [G3392]
4: suddenly [G1819] among [G1722] the [G3588] his people [G2992][G1473] by [G1519] profaning himself [G1473].
5: And [G2532] to baldness you will not [G3756] shave [G3587] [your the [G3588] head [G2776] for [G1909] dead [G3498]; and [G2532] the [G3588] appearance [G3799] of the [G3588] beard they will not [G3756] shave [G3587]; and [G2532] upon [G1909] the [G3588]ir flesh [G4561][G1473] they will not [G3756] mutilate by cuts .
6: They will be pure ' to the [G3588]ir God '[G2316][G1473], and [G2532] they will not [G3756] profane the [G3588] name [G3686] of the [G3588]ir God '[G2316][G1473]. for the [G3588] [G1063] sacrifices [G2378] [of the] Boss '[G2962] as gifts [G1435] [to the [G3588]ir God '[G2316][G1473] they [G1473] offer [G4374], and [G2532] they will be pure '.
7: A woman [G1135] harlot [G4204] and [G2532] being profaned they will not [G3756] take [G2983]; and [G2532] a woman [G1135] being cast out [G1544] from her husband [G1473] they will not [G3756] take [G2983]; for [G3754] he is pure ' [to] the [G3588] Boss '[G2962] the [G3588] God '[G2316] of him [G1473].
8: And [G2532] you will sanctify him [G1473]; for the [G3588][G1063] gifts [G1435] of Boss '[G2962] the [G3588] God '[G2316] of you [G1473] this one [G3778] offers [G4374] -- he will be pure '. For [G3754] [am] pure ' I [G1473] Boss '[G2962], the [G3588] [one] sanctifying them [G1473].
9: And [G2532] a daughter [G2364] of a man [being] a priest [G2409], if [G1437] she should be profaned the [G3588] to fornicate [G1608], the [G3588] name [G3686] of the [G3588] her father [G3962][G1473] she [G1473] profanes ; with [G1909] fire [G4442] she will be incinerated [G2618].
10: And [G2532] the [G3588] priest [G2409] the [G3588] great [G3173] from among the [G3588] brothers of him [G1473], of the [G3588] [one] having poured [G2022] upon [G1909] the [G3588] his head [G2776][G1473] the [G3588] oil [G1637] of the [G3588] anointing [G5547], and [G2532] having been perfected [G5048] the [G3588] his hands [G5495][G1473] to put on [G1746] the [G3588] garments [G2440] -- the [G3588] head [G2776] will not [G3756] be without a turban , and [G2532] the [G3588] garments [G2440] he will not [G3756] tear up [G1284];
11: and [G2532] unto [G1909] any [G3956] soul [G5590] coming to an end [G5053] he will not [G3756] enter [G1525]; by [G1909] his father [G3962][G1473] nor [G3761] by [G1909] his mother [G3384][G1473] he will not be defiled [G3756][G3392].
12: And [G2532] from out of [G1537] the [G3588] pures ' he will not [G3756] come forth [G1831]; and [G2532] he will not [G3756] profane the [G3588] thing having been sanctified of the [G3588] his God '[G2316][G1473], for [G3754] the [G3588] pure ' oil [G1637] the [G3588] anointing [G5547] the [G3588] of his God '[G2316][G1473] [is] upon [G1909] him [G1473]. I [am [G1473] Boss '[G2962].
13: This one [G3778] woman [G1135] a virgin [G3933] from [G1537] the [G3588] his family [G1085][G1473] will take [G2983].
14: But a widow [G5503][G1161], and [G2532] one being cast out [G1544] and [G2532] being profaned , and [G2532] a harlot [G4204] -- these [G3778] he will not [G3756] take [G2983]; but only a virgin [G3933] from out of [G1537] the [G3588] his people [G2992][G1473] will he take [G2983] for a wife [G1135].
15: And [G2532] he will not [G3756] profane the [G3588] his semen [G4690][G1473] among [G1722] the [G3588] his people [G2992][G1473]. I [am [G1473] Boss '[G2962] the [G3588] God '[G2316], the [G3588] [one] sanctifying him [G1473].
16: And [G2532] spoke [G2980] Boss '[G2962] to [G4314] Moses, saying [G3004],
17: Speak [G2036] to Aaron, saying [G3004], A man from [G1537] the [G3588] your kind [G1085][G1473], throughout [G1519] the [G3588] your generations [G1074][G1473], to any [G5100] if there might be [G1437] on [G1722] him [G1473] a blemish [G3470], will not [G3756] come forward [G4334] to offer [G4374] the [G3588] gifts [G1435] of the [G3588] his God '[G2316][G1473].
18: Any [G3956] man in which [G3739] ever [G1437] might be in [G1722] him [G1473] a blemish [G3470], will not [G3756] come forward [G4334] -- man a blind [G5185], or [G2228] lame [G5560], or [G2228] splitmouth , or [G2228] [with] mutilated ears ,
19: or [G2228] a man in which [G3739] might [G1437] be in [G1722] him [G1473] a broken [G4938] hand [G5495], or [G2228] a broken [G4938] foot [G4228],
20: or [G2228] humpback , or [G2228] peeling , or [G2228] hairless of the [G3588] eyes [G3788], or [G2228] a man in which [G3739] ever might be in [G1722] him [G1473] mange a wild , or [G2228] scabbed , or [G2228] having one testicle .
21: Every [G3956] man in which [G3739] there is on [G1722] him [G1473] a blemish [G3470] from [G1537] the [G3588] seed [G4690] of Aaron the [G3588] priest [G2409], will not [G3756] approach [G1448] the [G3588] to offer [G4374] the [G3588] sacrifices [G2378] [to the] BOSS [G2532], that [G3754] [has] a blemish [G3470] on [G1722] him [G1473]; the [G3588] gifts [G1435] of the [G3588] his God '[G2316][G1473] he will not come forward [G3756][G4334] to bring [G4374].
22: The [G3588] pure ' of the [G3588] pures ', and [G2532] off the [G3588] holy [things] he will eat [G2068].
23: Except [G4133] to [G4314] the [G3588] veil [G2665] he will not [G3756] come forward [G4334], and [G2532] to [G4314] the [G3588] altar [G2379] he will not [G3756] approach [G1448], for [G3754] a blemish [G3470] he has [G2192], and [G2532] he will not [G3756] profane the [G3588] holy [things] of the [G3588] his God '[G2316][G1473], for [G3754] I [G1473] Boss '[G2962], [am] the [G3588] [one] sanctifying them [G1473].
24: And [G2532] Moses spoke [G2980] to [G4314] Aaron and [G2532] the [G3588] his sons [G5207][G1473], and [G2532] to [G4314] all [G3956] of the [G3588] sons [G5207] of Israel.
