Leviticus Chapter 18 - | Early Church Bible

1: And [G2532] spoke [G2980] Boss '[G2962] to [G4314] Moses, saying [G3004],
2: Speak [G2980] to the [G3588] sons [G5207] of Israel! And [G2532] you will say [G2046] to [G4314] them [G1473], I [am [G1473] Boss '[G2962] the [G3588] God '[G2316] of you [G1473].
3: According to [G2596] the [G3588] practices of the [G3588] land '[G1093] of Egypt, in [G1722] which [G3739] you sojourned [G3939] in [G1722] it [G1473], you will not [G3756] do [G4160]. And [G2532] according to [G2596] the [G3588] practices of the [G3588] land '[G1093] of Canaan, into [G1519] which [G3739] I [G1473] bring [G1521] you [G1473] there [G1563], you will not [G3756] do [G4160]. And [G2532] the [G3588]ir laws [G1473] you will not [G3756] go by [G4198].
4: the [G3588] My judgments [G2917][G1473] you will execute [G4160], and [G2532] the [G3588] orders of me [G1473] you will keep [G5442], and [G2532] you will go [G4198] by [G1722] them [G1473]. I [am [G1473] Boss '[G2962] the [G3588] God '[G2316] of you [G1473].
5: And [G2532] you will keep [G5442] all [G3956] the [G3588] orders of me [G1473], and [G2532] all [G3956] the [G3588] my judgments [G2917][G1473], and [G2532] you will observe [G4160] them [G1473]; by which [G3739] observing [G4160] them [G1473] a man will live [G2198] by [G1722] them [G1473]. I [am [G1473] Boss '[G2962] the [G3588] God '[G2316] of you [G1473].
6: man , a man to [G4314] any [G3956] family member [G3609] of his flesh [G4561][G1473] will not [G3756] draw near [G4334] to uncover their indecency . I [am [G1473] Boss '[G2962].
7: indecency of the [G3588] father [G3962] of you [G1473], and [G2532] indecency of the [G3588] your mother [G3384][G1473] you will not [G3756] uncover , mother [G3384] for [G1063] your [G1473] she is . the [G3588] Her indecency [G1473] you will not [G3756] uncover .
8: indecency of a wife [G1135] of father [G3962] of you [G1473] you will not [G3756] uncover , indecency your father's [G3962][G1473] it is .
9: indecency of the [G3588] your sister [G1473] of [G1537] father [G3962] of you [G1473] or [G2228] of [G1537] your mother [G3384][G1473], natural or [G2228] being procreated [G1080] outside [G1854], you will not [G3756] uncover the [G3588]ir indecency [G1473].
10: indecency of a daughter [G2364] of your son [G5207][G1473] or [G2228] a daughter [G2364] of daughter [G2364] of you [G1473] you will not [G3756] uncover the [G3588]ir indecency [G1473], for [G3754] your [G4674] indecency it is .
11: indecency of daughter [G2364] wife [G1135] of your father's [G3962][G1473] you will not [G3756] uncover , of the same father your sister [G1473] she is , you will not [G3756] uncover the [G3588] her indecency [G1473].
12: indecency sister of your father's [G3962][G1473] you will not [G3756] uncover , a member of the family [G3609] for [G1063] of father [G3962] of you [G1473] she is .
13: indecency sister of your mother's [G3384][G1473] you will not [G3756] uncover , a member of the family [G3609] for [G1063] of your mother [G3384][G1473] she is .
14: indecency of the brother of the [G3588] father [G3962] of you [G1473] you will not [G3756] uncover , and [G2532] to [G4314] the [G3588] his wife [G1135][G1473] you will not [G3756] enter [G1525], relative [G4773] for [G1063] your [G1473] she is .
15: indecency of your daughter-in-law [G3565][G1473] you will not [G3756] uncover , wife [G1135] for [G1063] your son's [G5207][G1473] she is , you will not [G3756] uncover the [G3588] her indecency [G1473].
16: indecency wife [G1135] of your brother's [G1473] you will not [G3756] uncover , indecency your brother's [G1473] it is .
17: indecency of a woman [G1135] and [G2532] her daughter [G2364][G1473] you will not [G3756] uncover ; the [G3588] daughter [G2364] of the [G3588] her son [G5207][G1473] and [G2532] the [G3588] daughter [G2364] of the [G3588] her daughter [G2364][G1473] you will not [G3756] take [G2983] to uncover the [G3588]ir indecency [G1473], members of your family [G3609][G1473] they are ; it is an act of impiety .
18: a wife [G1135] in addition [G1909] to her sister [G1473] You will not [G3756] take [G2983] as a rival , to uncover the [G3588] her indecency [G1473] instead of [G1909] her [G1473], yet [G2089] living [G2198] while she [is [G1473].
19: And [G2532] to [G4314] a wife [G1135] in [G1722] separation of her uncleanness [G1473] you will not [G3756] enter [G1525], to uncover the [G3588] her indecency [G1473].
20: And [G2532] to [G4314] the [G3588] wife [G1135] of the [G3588] your neighbor [G4139][G1473] you will not [G3756] give [G1325] the marriage-bed [G2845] of your semen [G4690][G1473], the [G3588] to be thoroughly defiled with [G4314] her [G1473].
21: And [G2532] off the [G3588] your semen [G4690][G1473] you will not [G3756] give [G1325] to serve [G3000] a ruler , and [G2532] you will not [G3756] profane the [G3588] name [G3686] the [G3588] pure '. I [am [G1473] Boss '[G2962].
22: And [G2532] with [G3326] a man you will not [G3756] go to bed [G2837] in a marriage-bed [G2845] in feminine [way [G1134]; an abomination for [G1063] it is .
23: And [G2532] with [G4314] any [G3956] four-footed [creature [G5074], you will not [G3756] give [G1325] your marriage-bed [G2845][G1473] for [G1519] a discharge of semen to be thoroughly defiled with [G4314] it [G1473]. And [G2532] a woman [G1135] will not [G3756] set [herself [G2476] with [G4314] any [G3956] four-footed [creature [G5074] to breed ; detestable for [G1063] it is .
24: Do not [G3361] defile [yourselves [G3392] in [G1722] any [G3956] of these [G3778]; in [G1722] all [G3956] for [G1063] these [G3778] were defiled [G3392] the [G3588] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484], which [G3739] I [G1473] eject [G1821] before [G4253] face [G4383] of you [G1473].
25: And [G2532] was thoroughly defiled the [G3588] land '[G1093]; and [G2532] I recompensed injustice to them [G1473] because of [G1223] it [G1473], and [G2532] is loathed [G4360] the [G3588] land '[G1093] with the [G3588] [ones] lying in wait upon [G1909] it [G1473].
26: And [G2532] you will guard [G5442] all [G3956] the [G3588] my laws [G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] orders of me [G1473], and [G2532] will not [G3756] 10> do [G4160] 11> any off [G3956] the [G3588] 12> these abominations [G3778] the [G3588] native inhabitant and [G2532] the [G3588] uniting foreigner [G4339] with [G1722] you [G1473].
27: For all [G3956][G1063] the [G3588]se abominations [G3778] committed [G4160] the [G3588] men of the [G3588] land '[G1093] -- the [G3588] [ones] being prior [G4387] of you [G1473], and [G2532] was defiled [G3392] the [G3588] land '[G1093].
28: And [G2532] lest [G2443][G3361] should loathe [G4360] you [G1473] the [G3588] land '[G1093] in [G1722] the [G3588] your defiling [G3392][G1473] it [G1473], in which [G3739] manner [G5158] it loathed [G4360] the [G3588] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484] the [G3588] before [G4253] you [G1473],
29: for [G3754] all [G3956] who [G3739] ever should do [G4160] off all [G3956] the [G3588]se abominations [G3778] will be utterly destroyed [G1842] -- the [G3588] souls [G5590] the [G3588] doing [them [G4160], from out of [G1537] midst [G3319] of the [G3588]ir people [G2992][G1473].
30: And [G2532] you will keep [G5442] the [G3588] orders of me [G1473], so that [G3704] you should not [G3361] do [G4160] off any [G3956] of the [G3588] laws of the [G3588] [ones] being abhorred , which [G3739] happened [G1096] before [G4253] the [G3588] you [G1473]. And [G2532] you will not [G3756] be defiled [G3392] among [G1722] them [G1473], for [G3754] I [am [G1473] Boss '[G2962] the [G3588] God '[G2316] of you [G1473].
