1
And will you convey '[G1161] dragon [G1404] by [G1722] a hook , and put [G4060][G1161] a halter around [G4012] his nose [G1473]?
2
Or [G2228] will you tie [G1210] a hook in [G1722] the [G3588] his nose [G1473], for a clasp and [G1161] will you make a hole the [G3588] in his lip [G5491][G1473]?
3
And will he speak [G2980][G1161] to you [G1473] supplications [G1162] earnest [G2428] softly ?
4
will he establish [G5087][G1161] And [G1161] with [G3326] you [G1473] a covenant [G1242]? And will you take [G2983][G1161] him [G1473] servant [G1401] for an of the term (age) '?
5
And will you play [G3815][G1161] with [G1722] him [G1473] as [G5618] a bird [G3732]? Or [G2228] will you bind [G1210] him [G1473] as [G5618] a sparrow [G4765] for a child [G3813]?
6
feed And [do [G1161] in [G1722] him [G1473] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484]? partition And do [G1161] him [G1473] [of the] Phoenicians tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484]?
7
And everything [G3956][G1161] afloat coming together [G4905] in no way will bear [G5342] hide one [G1520] tail [G3769] of of him '[G1473]; nor [G2532] in [G1722] boats [G4143] of fishermen [will they bear] his head [G2776][G1473].
8
But will you place [G2007][G1161] a hand on him [G1473][G5495], remembering [G3403] war [G4171] the [G3588] taking place [G1096] in [G1722] his body [G4983][G1473], and [G2532] let it no longer [G3371] take place [G1096]?
9
Have you not [G3756] seen [G3708] him [G1473], nor [G3761] over [G1909] the [G3588] [ones] speaking [G3004] wondered [G2296]?
10
Are you not [G3756] in awe that [G3754] it has been prepared [G2090] by me [G1473]? For who [G5100][G1063] is the [G3588] [one] opposing me [G1473]?
11
Or [G2228] who [G5100] will oppose me [G1473] and [G2532] remain [G5278], since [G1487] all [G3956] the [G3588] under [G5259] raised-place-above (sky) '[G3772] is mine [G1699]?
12
I will not [G3756] keep silent [G4623] because of [G1223] him [G1473]; and [G2532] word [G3056] of power [G1411] will show compassion [G1653] the [G3588] equal [G2470] to him [G1473].
13
Who [G5100] will uncover front [G4383] of his clothing [G1745][G1473]? and into [G1519][G1161] fold of his chest [plate [G2382][G1473] who [G5100] can enter [G1525]?
14
gates [G4439] of his face [G4383][G1473] Who [G5100] will open ? Round about [G2945] his teeth [G3599][G1473] [is] fear [G5401];
15
the [G3588] His insides [G1473] are [as] shields of brass [G5470], sinews [G4886] and [G1161] of him '[G1473] [are] as [G5618] emery stone [G3037].
16
One [G1520] of the [G3588] [one] [G1520] cleaves together [G2853], and wind/spirit/breathing '[G4151][G1161] in no way goes through [G1330] it [G1473];
17
as [G5613] a man [to the [G3588] brother of him [G1473] they will be cleaved [G4347]; they are held together [G4912], and [G2532] in no way draw apart .
18
In [G1722] his sneezing [G1473] shines forth [G2017] brightness [G5338], the [G3588] and [G1161] his eyes [G3788][G1473] [are as the] appearance [G1491] of morning star .
19
From out of [G1537] his mouth [G4750][G1473] will go forth [G1607] lamps [G2985] burning [G2545], and [G2532] scattered grates of fire [G4442].
20
From out of [G1537] his nostrils [G1473] comes forth [G1607] smoke [G2586] of a furnace [G2575] burning [G2545] of fire [G4442] with coals .
21
the [G3588] His soul [G5590][G1473] [is as] [live] coals ; and a flame [G5395][G1161] from out of [G1537] his mouth [G4750][G1473] goes forth [G1607].
22
And in [G1722][G1161] his neck [G5137][G1473] lodges power [G1411]. before [G1715] him [G1473] runs [G5143] Destruction .
23
And flesh [G4561][G1161] of his body [G4983][G1473] cleaves [tightly [G2853]. If one pours down [G2708] upon [G1909] him [G1473], he will not be shaken [G3756][G4531].
24
the [G3588] His heart [G2588][G1473] [is] fixed [G4078] as [G5618] stone [G3037], and he stands [G2476][G1161] as [G5618] an anvil , not malleable .
25
turning [G4762] And [G1161] of him '[G1473] [gives] fear [G5401] wild beasts [G2342] to four-footed [G5074] upon [G1909] land '[G1093] leaping .
26
If [G1437] should meet up with [G4876] him [G1473] lances [G3057], nothing [G3762] in any way will terrify [G4422] by spear and [G2532] chest [plate [G2382].
27
For he esteems [G2233][G3303][G1063] iron [G4604] as straw , and brass [G5475][G1161] as [G5618] wood [G3586] rotten .
28
In no way will pierce him [G1473] bow [G5115] of brass . He esteems [G2233] a slinger indeed [G3303] as grass [G5528];
29
as [G5613] stubble [G2562] are considered [G3049] hammers ; and he ridicules [G2606][G1161] quaking [G4578] of a fire-bearer .
30
the [G3588] His strewn bed [G1473] points [is] of sharp [G3691]; and all [G3956][G1161] gold [G5557] of sea [G2281] under [G1909] him [G1473] [is] as [G5618] mud [G4081] untold .
31
breaks out the [G3588] abyss as [G5618] a brazen cauldron ; and he esteems [G2233][G1161] the [G3588] sea [G2281] as [G5618] an ointment jar .
32
And the [G3588][G1161] infernal region of the [G3588] abyss [is] as if [G5618] a captive ; he considers [G3049] abyss for [G1519] a promenade .
33
There not [G3756] is anything [G3762] upon [G1909] the [G3588] land '[G1093] likened [G3664] to him [G1473], being made [G4160], to be mocked at by [G5259] the [G3588] my word-conveyers (messengers) '[G1473].
34
Every [G3956] lofty [thing] [G5308] he sees [G3708]; and he [G1473][G1161] [is] king of all [G3956] the [things] [G3588] in [G1722] the [G3588] waters [G5204].
