Bible book Job Chapter 22 -
And undertaking [G5274 ] [G1161 ] , Eliphaz the [G3588 ] Temanite says [G3004 ] , Is it [G4220 ] not [G3780 ] the [G3588 ] Boss '[G2962 ] [that] is the [G3588 ] [one] teaching [G1321 ] understanding [G4907 ] and [G2532 ] higher knowledge ? For what [G5100 ] [G1063 ] does it concern [G3199 ] the [G3588 ] Boss '[G2962 ] if [G1437 ] you [G1473 ] were the [G3588 ] in works [G2041 ] blameless , or [G2228 ] [what] benefit [G5622 ] that [G3754 ] you simplify the [G3588 ] way [G3598 ] of you [G1473 ] ? or [G2228 ] your word [G3056 ] [G1473 ] making [G4160 ] will he reprove [G1651 ] you [G1473 ] ? and [G2532 ] will he enter together with [G4897 ] you [G1473 ] for [G1519 ] judgment [G2920 ] ? Is it [G4220 ] not [G3756 ] [that the [G3588 ] your evil [G2549 ] [G1473 ] is much [G4183 ] , innumerable and [G1161 ] your [G1473 ] are the [G3588 ] sins ? And you took security [G1161 ] of the [G3588 ] your brothers [G1473 ] without cause , clothing and [G1161 ] of naked [G1131 ] you removed . Nor [G3761 ] water [G5204 ] for thirsting [G1372 ] did you give to drink [G4222 ] , and of ones hungering [G3983 ] you deprived a morsel . And you admired [G2296 ] [G1161 ] faces of some [G5100 ] [G4383 ] ; you resettled [G1161 ] ones begging [G4434 ] upon [G1909 ] the [G3588 ] land '[G1093 ] ; widows [G5503 ] and [G1161 ] you sent out [G1821 ] empty [G2756 ] , on orphans [G3737 ] and [G1161 ] you inflicted evil [G2559 ] . Accordingly [G5105 ] encircled [G2944 ] you [G1473 ] snares [G3803 ] , and [G2532 ] hurried [G4704 ] you [G1473 ] war [G4171 ] an extraordinary . The [G3588 ] light [G5457 ] for you [G1473 ] darkness [G4655 ] resulted in ; and in going to sleep [G2837 ] [G1161 ] water [G5204 ] covered you [G1473 ] [G2572 ] . Is it not that [G3378 ] the [G3588 ] [one] the [G3588 ] high [places [G5308 ] inhabiting inspects ? the [G3588 ] [ones] and [G1161 ] insolence [G5196 ] bearing [G5342 ] he humbled [G5013 ] ? And [G2532 ] you said [G2036 ] , What [does [G5100 ] know [G1097 ] the [G3588 ] mighty one [G2478 ] ? or [G2228 ] in [G2596 ] the [G3588 ] dark [G1105 ] does he judge [G2919 ] ? A cloud [G3507 ] [is] his concealment [G1473 ] , and [G2532 ] he will not [G3756 ] be seen [G3708 ] ; and [G2532 ] curve of raised-place-above (sky) '[G3772 ] he travels over [G1279 ] . not [G3361 ] road [G5147 ] of the term (age) ' Will you guard [G5442 ] which [G3739 ] trod [G3961 ] men unjust ? The ones who [G3739 ] were seized [G4815 ] untimely [are as] a river [G4215 ] overflowing the [G3588 ] ir foundations [G2310 ] [G1473 ] . the [ones] [G3588 ] saying [G3004 ] , Boss '[G2962 ] , what [G5100 ] will he do [G4160 ] to us [G1473 ] ? or [G2228 ] what [G5100 ] will bring upon [G1863 ] us [G1473 ] the [G3588 ] almighty [G3841 ] ? And [he is the one] who [G3739 ] [G1161 ] filled up [G1705 ] the [G3588 ] ir houses [G3624 ] [G1473 ] with good [things] ; but counsel [G1012 ] [G1161 ] of impious is at a distance [G4206 ] from him [G1473 ] . In looking [at] [G1492 ] , just [G1342 ] laugh [G1070 ] ; and the blameless one [G1161 ] sneers at [G3456 ] them [G1473 ] . Except [G1508 ] vanished the [G3588 ] ir support [G5287 ] [G1473 ] , and [G2532 ] the [G3588 ] ir vestige [G2640 ] [G1473 ] will devour [G2719 ] fire [G4442 ] . Become [G1096 ] firm indeed [G1211 ] [G4642 ] ! if [G1437 ] you should remain [G5278 ] , so that [G1534 ] the [G3588 ] your fruit [G2590 ] [G1473 ] will be for [G1722 ] good [things] . And take [G1161 ] from out of [G1537 ] his mouth [G4750 ] an utterance ! and [G2532 ] take up the [G3588 ] sayings [G4487 ] of him [G1473 ] in [G1722 ] your heart [G2588 ] [G1473 ] ! And if [G1437 ] [G1161 ] you should turn [G1994 ] and [G2532 ] humble [G5013 ] yourself [G4572 ] before [G1725 ] Boss '[G2962 ] , to be a distance [G4206 ] [then] you made [G4160 ] from your habitation [G1473 ] wrongdoing . You will put [G5087 ] upon [G1909 ] an embankment in [G1722 ] rock [G4073 ] , even [G2532 ] as [G5613 ] a rock [G4073 ] of a rushing stream [G5493 ] of Ophir. will be Then [G3767 ] your [G1473 ] the [G3588 ] almighty [G3841 ] helper from enemies [G2190 ] , clean [G2513 ] and [G1161 ] he will render you [G1473 ] as [G5618 ] silver purified [G4448 ] . So then [G1534 ] , you will speak openly [G3955 ] before [G1725 ] Boss '[G2962 ] , looking up into [G1519 ] the [G3588 ] raised-place-above (sky) '[G3772 ] happily . vowing [G2172 ] And [G1161 ] of your [G1473 ] to [G4314 ] him [G1473 ] , he will listen to [G1522 ] you [G1473 ] ; and he will give [G1325 ] [G1161 ] to you [G1473 ] [power] to render the [G3588 ] vows [G2171 ] . And he will restore [G1161 ] to you [G1473 ] a habitation of righteousness [G1343 ] , and upon [G1909 ] [G1161 ] your ways [G3598 ] [G1473 ] will be brightness [G5338 ] . For [G3754 ] one humbled [G5013 ] himself [G1438 ] ; and [G2532 ] you will say [G2046 ] , He is prideful , but [G2532 ] one having downcast the [G3588 ] eyes [G3788 ] , he will deliver [G4982 ] . He will rescue [G4506 ] innocent ; but [G2532 ] be delivered [G1295 ] in [G1722 ] cleanness [G2513 ] of hands [G5495 ] your [G1473 ] !
