1: And undertaking [G5274], Eliphaz the [G3588] Temanite says [G3004],
2: Is it [G4220] [that] a wise man [G4680] an answer will give [G1325] of an understanding [G4907] wind/spirit/breathing '[G4151], and [G2532] filled up [G1705] misery [G4192] of womb [G1064],
3: reproving [G1651] in [G1722] sayings [G4487] in which [G3739] must not [be spoken [G3756][G1163] with [G1722] words [G3056], in which [G3739] no one [G3762] benefits [G3786]?
4: And did you not [G3756][G2532][G1473] undo fear [G5401], and complete [G4931][G1161] sayings [G4487] such [G5108] before [G1726] the [G3588] Boss '[G2962]?
5: You are liable [G1777] [by the] sayings [G4487] of your mouth [G4750][G1473], of which [G3739] you litigated [G1252] sayings [G4487] of mighty ones [G1413].
6: May reprove [G1651] you [G1473] the [G3588] your [G4674] mouth [G4750], and [G2532] not [G3361] I [G1473]. the [G3588] And [G1161] your lips [G5491][G1473], may they bear witness against [G2649] you [G1473].
7: For what [G5100][G1063], are [you [G3361] first [G4413] man born [G1080]? or [G2228] before [G4253] hills were you banked up [G4078]?
8: arranged order [of the] Boss '[G2962] have you heard ? and unto [G1519][G1161] you [G1473] arrived wisdom [G4678]?
9: For what [G5100][G1063] do you know [G1492], which [G3739] we do not know [G3756][G1492]? or [G2228] what [G5100] do you perceive [G4920], which [G3739] do not [G3756] also [G2532] we [G1473]?
10: And [G2532] indeed [G1065] an elder [G4246], and [G2532] indeed [G1065] an old one [G3820] [is] among [G1722] us [G1473], more weighty than the [G3588] father [G3962] of us [G1473], in days [G2250].
11: [but] little [G3641] for [G3739] [your] sins You have been whipped [G3146], [but] greatly [G3171] above measure [G5234] have you spoken [G2980].
12: What [G5100] did dare [G5111] the [G3588] your heart [G2588][G1473]? or [G2228] what [G5100] have added [to see [G2018] the [G3588] eyes [G3788] of you [G1473],
13: that [G3754] [your] rage [G2372] tore [G4486] before [G1725] the [G3588] Boss '[G2962], and led forth [G1806][G1161] from out of [G1537] [your] mouth [G4750] sayings [G4487] such [G5108]?
14: For who [G5100][G1063], being a mortal , still [G3754] will be blameless ? or [G2228] as [G5613] being just [G1342] [who is] born [G1084] of a woman [G1135]?
15: forasmuch as [G1487][G2596] holy ones he trusts not [G3756][G4100], and raised-place-above (sky) '[G3772][G1161] is not [G3756] pure [G2513] before [G1726] him [G1473].
16: Alas [G1436] then [G1161], [is] abhorrent and [G2532] unclean man , drinking [G4095] iniquity equal [G2470] to a beverage .
17: But I will report [G1161] to you [G1473], hear me [G1473]! What [G3739] indeed [G1211] I have seen [G3708], I will report to you [G1473] --
18: what [G3739] wise [men [G4680] will say [G2046], and [G2532] [what] was not [G3756] hidden [G2928] from their fathers [G3962][G1473].
19: To them [G1473] alone [G3441] was given [G1325] the [G3588] land '[G1093], and [G2532] no [G3756] came [G2064] foreigner upon [G1909] them [G1473].
20: All [G3956] the [G3588] existence of impious [is spent] in [G1722] bewilderment ; and years [G2094][G1161] are counted being given [G1325] to mighty one [G1413],
21: the [G3588] and [G1161] his fear [G5401][G1473] [is] in [G1722] his ears [G3775][G1473]. Whenever [G3752] [the impious] should seem [G1380] already [G2235] at peace [G1514], will come [G2240] of him '[G1473] the [G3588] undoing [G2692].
22: Let him not [G3361] trust '[G4100] to return from darkness [G4655], for he has been given charge [G1781][G1063] already [G2235] unto [G1519] hands [G5495] of iron [G4604].
23: And he has been delegated [G1161] for [G1519] grain [G4621] of vultures , and he knows [G1492][G1161] in [G1722] himself [G1438] that [G3754] he waits [G3306] for [G1519] [being] a corpse [G4430]; day [G2250] and [G1161] a dark [G4652] will whirl him [away [G1473].
24: And distress [G1161] and [G2532] affliction [G2347] will hold him down [G1473][G2722]. [is] as [G5618] a commandant [G4755] of front rank [G4414] [His] falling down [G4098].
25: For [G3754] he has lifted hands [G5495] against [G1726] the [G3588] Boss '[G2962], and before [G1725][G1161] almighty [G3841] he stiffened his neck .
26: And he ran [G5143][G1161] against [G1726] of him '[G1473] insolence [G5196] with [G1722] thickness of the back [G3577] of his shield [G1473].
27: For [G3754] he covered [G2572] the [G3588] his face [G4383][G1473] with [G1722] his fat [G1473], and [G2532] made [G4160] a cleft upon [G1909] the [G3588] thighs .
28: And may he be lodged [G1161] cities [G4172] in desolate [G2048], and enter [G1525][G1161] houses [G3624] uninhabited ; and what [G3739][G1161] these [G1565] prepared [G2090], others will carry away .
29: Nor [G3777] will he [G3361] be enriched [G4148], nor [G3777][G3361] will remain [G3306] of him '[G1473] the [G3588] possessions [G5224]; in no way will he cast upon [G1909] land '[G1093] a shadow [G4639].
30: Neither will he flee from [G1628] the [G3588] darkness [G4655]; the [G3588] his bud [G1473] may wither [G3133] wind , may fall off [G1601] and [G1161] of him '[G1473] the [G3588] flower .
31: Let him not [G3361] trust '[G4100] that [G3754] he will remain behind [G5278], for emptiness [G2756][G1063] will result to him [G1473].
32: the [G3588] His pruning [G1473] before [G4253] [its] season [G5610] will be corrupted [G5351], and [G2532] the [G3588] his tender branch [G1473] in no way will become dense .
33: And may he be gathered [G5166][G1161] as [G5618] an unripe grape before [G4253] [its] season [G5610]; and may he fall off [G1601][G1161] as [G5613] flower of olive [G1636].
34: [is the] testimony [G3142] For [G1063] of an impious [man death [G2288], and fire [G4442][G1161] will burn [G2545] houses [G3624] of the ones taking bribes .
35: in [G1722] womb [G1064] And [G1161] he will conceive [G2983] griefs [G3601], and there will result [G1161] unto him [G1473] emptiness [G2756], the [G3588] and [G1161] his belly [G2836][G1473] will endure [G5297] deceit [G1388].
