1: Take comfort [G3870]! take comfort [G3870]! my people [G2992][G1473], says [G3004] the [G3588] God '[G2316] of you [G1473].
2: O priests [G2409], speak [G2980] to [G1519] the [G3588] heart [G2588] of Jerusalem! Comfort [G3870] her [G1473]! for [G3754] was filled up [G4130] the [G3588] her humiliation [G5014][G1473]; is untied [G3089] her [G1473] the [G3588] sin ; for [G3754] she received [G1209] from [G1537] hand [G5495] of Boss '[G2962] double [G1362] the [G3588] her sins [G1473].
3: A voice [G5456] yelling in [G1722] the [G3588] wilderness [G2048], Prepare [G2090] the [G3588] way [G3598] of Boss '[G2962]! straight [G2117] Make [G4160] the [G3588] roads [G5147] of the [G3588] God '[G2316] of us [G1473]!
4: Every [G3956] ravine [G5327] will be filled [G4137], and [G2532] every [G3956] raised-place (mountain) '[G3735] and [G2532] hill [G1015] will be lowered [G5013]; and [G2532] will be all [G3956] the [G3588] crooked [paths [G4646] for [G1519] straight [G2117], and [G2532] the [G3588] rough [G5138] into [G1519] plains smooth [G3006].
5: And [G2532] will be seen [G3708] the [G3588] glory [G1391] [of the] Boss '[G2962]; and [G2532] will see [G3708] all [G3956] flesh [G4561] the [G3588] deliverance [G4992] of the [G3588] God '[G2316], for [G3754] Boss '[G2962] said [it [G2980].
6: A voice [G5456] saying [G3004], Yell ! And [G2532] I said [G2036], What [G5100] will I yell ? All [G3956] flesh [G4561] [is as] grass [G5528], and [G2532] all [G3956] glory [G1391] of man [is] as [G5613] flower of grass [G5528].
7: is dried [G3583] the [G3588] grass [G5528], and [G2532] the [G3588] flower fell off [G1601], for [G3754] wind/spirit/breathing '[G4151] of God '[G2316] breathed [G1720] in [G1722] it [G1473]. Truly the [G3588] grass [G5528] is the [G3588] people [G2992].
8: is dried [G3583] the [G3588] grass [G5528], flower fell off [G1601], but the [G3588][G1161] word [G4487] of the [G3588] God '[G2316] of us [G1473] abides [G3306] into [G1519] the [G3588] age (term) `.
9: upon [G1909] raised-place (mountain) '[G3735] high [G5308] Ascend ! O one the [G3588] good-word-conveying (evangelizing) '[G2097] of Zion. Raise up high [G5312] in [G1722] the [G3588] strength [G2479] of the [G3588] your voice [G5456][G1473]! O one the [G3588] good-word-conveying (evangelizing) '[G2097] of Jerusalem. Raise it up high [G5312]! Do not [G3361] fear [G5399]! Say [G2036] to the [G3588] cities [G4172] of Judah! look [G2400], the [G3588] your God '[G2316][G1473].
10: look [G2400], Boss '[G2962]. Boss '[G2962] with [G3326] strength [G2479] comes [G2064], even [G2532] the [G3588] arm [G1023] with [G3326] dominion . Look [G2400], the [G3588] his wage [G3408][G1473] [is] with [G3326] him [G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] work [G2041] before [G1726] him [G1473].
11: As [G5613] a shepherd [G4166], he will tend [G4165] the [G3588] his flock [G4168][G1473]; and [G2532] the [G3588] his arm [G1023][G1473] will gather [G4863] lambs , and [G2532] one in [G1722] womb [G1064] one having [G2192] he will comfort [G3870].
12: Who [G5100] measured [G3354] [with] the [G3588] hand [G5495] the [G3588] water [G5204], and [G2532] the [G3588] raised-place-above (sky) '[G3772] with a span , and [G2532] all [G3956] the [G3588] land '[G1093] in a handful ? Who [G5100] established [G2476] the [G3588] raised-places (mountains) '[G3735] weight , and [G2532] the [G3588] groves in a yoke [balance scale [G2218]?
13: Who [G5100] knew [G1097] mind [G3563] of Boss '[G2962]? and [G2532] who [G5100] of him '[G1473] counselor [G4825] became [G1096]? Who [G3739] will instruct [G4822] him [G1473]?
14: Or [G2228] whom [G5100] did he take up advice with [G4823], and [G2532] instructed [G4822] him [G1473]? Or [G2228] who [G5100] showed [G1166] to him [G1473] equity [G2920]? Or [G2228] a way [G3598] of understanding [G4907] who [G5100] showed [G1166] to him [G1473]?
15: Since [G1487] all [G3956] the [G3588] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484] as [G5613] a drop from a pail and [G2532] as [G5613] crux of a yoke [balance scale [G2218] were considered [G3049]; and [G2532] as [G5613] saliva they are considered [G3049].
16: the [G3588] And [G1161] Lebanon [is] not [G3756] fit [G2425] for [G1519] burning [G2740], and [G2532] all [G3956] the [G3588] four-footed [G5074] are not [G3756] fit [G2425] for [G1519] a whole offering ;
17: and [G2532] all [G3956] the [G3588] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484] as [G5613] nothing [G3762] are , and [G2532] as [G1519] nothing [G3762] were considered [G3049] to him [G1473].
18: To whom [G5100] did you liken [G3666] Boss '[G2962], and [G2532] to what [G5100] representation [G3667] did you liken [G3666] him [G1473]?
19: [Has] not [G3361] an image [G1504] made [G4160] fabricator [G5045]? or [G2228] goldsmith having cast gold [G5553], gilt it over [G1473], for a representation [G3667] and carefully prepared [G2680] it [G1473]?
20: wood [G3586] For [G1063] incorruptible chooses [G1586] fabricator [G5045], and [G2532] wisely seeks [G2212] how [G4459] to station [G2476] of him '[G1473] image [G1504], that [G2443] it should not [G3361] be shaken [G4531].
21: Will you not [G3756] know [G1097]? Will you not [G3756] hear ? Was it not announced [G3756] from [G1537] beginning to you [G1473]? Did you not [G3756] know [G1097] the [G3588] foundations [G2310] of the [G3588] land '[G1093]?
22: [He is] the [G3588] [one] controlling [G2722] the [G3588] curve of the [G3588] land '[G1093], and [G2532] the [G3588] [ones] dwelling [G1774] in [G1722] it [G1473] [are] as [G5613] locusts ; [He is] the [G3588] [one] establishing [G2476] as [G5613] a vault the [G3588] raised-place-above (sky) '[G3772], and [G2532] extending it out as [G5613] a tent [G4633] to dwell in [G2730];
23: the [one] [G3588] establishing [G1325] rulers as [G5613] nothing [G3762] to rule ; the [G3588] and [G1473] land '[G1093] as [G5613] nothing [G3762] he made [G4160].
24: For in no way [G3756][G1063][G3361] will they plant [G5452], nor will they sow [G4687], nor will they be rooted [G4492] in [G1519] the [G3588] land '[G1093] of the [G3588]ir root [G4491][G1473]. He breathed [G4154] upon [G1909] them [G1473], and [G2532] they were dried up [G3583]; and [G2532] a blast as [G5613] sticks [G5434] will take them [away [G1473].
25: Now [G3568] then [G3767], to whom [G5100] did you liken me [G1473][G3666] that [G2532] I will be exalted [G5312], said [G2036] the [G3588] holy one ?
26: Look up into [G1519] height [G5311] the [G3588] with eyes [G3788] of you [G1473], and [G2532] look [at] [G1492]! Who [G5100] introduced all these [things] [G3778][G3956]? the [G3588] [one] bringing forth [G1627] by [G2596] number the [G3588] his arrangement '[G2889][G1473] all [things] [G3956] by [G1909] name [G3686] will call [G2564] by great [G4183] glory [G1391], and [G2532] by [G1722] might [G2904] of strength [G2479]. Nothing [of which [G3762] you [are [G1473] unaware [G2990].
27: not [G3361] For [G1063] you [should] say [G2036], O Jacob, and [G2532] why [G5100] did you speak [G2980], O Israel, [saying], was concealed the [G3588] My way [G3598][G1473] from the [G3588] God '[G2316], and [G2532] the [G3588] God '[G2316] of me [G1473] the [G3588] judgment [G2920] removed , and [G2532] departed .
28: And [G2532] now [G3568], did you not [G3756] know [G1097]? [Have] you not [G1508] heard ? God '[G2316] of the term (age) ', the [G3588] God '[G2316] the [G3588] carefully preparing [G2680] the [G3588] tips of the [G3588] land '[G1093], he will not [G3756] hunger [G3983] nor [G3761] tire [G2872], nor [G3761] is [there a finding out of the [G3588] his intelligence [G5428][G1473];

30: will hunger [G3983] For [G1063] younger [men [G3501], and [G2532] will tire [G2872] young [G3495], and [G2532] chosen [men [G1588] without strength will be .
31: But the [G3588] [ones] [G1161] waiting upon [G5278] the [G3588] God '[G2316] will change in strength [G2479]; they will grow wings as [G5613] eagles ; they will run [G5143] and [G2532] will not [G3756] tire [G2872]; they will proceed and [G2532] will not [G3756] hunger [G3983].
