1: But the [G3588][G1161] famine [G3042] grew in strength [G1765] upon [G1909] the [G3588] land '[G1093].
2: And it came to pass [G1096][G1161] when [G2259] they completed [G4931] eating up [G2719] the [G3588] grain [G4621] which [G3739] they brought [G5342] from [G1537] Egypt, that [G2532] said [G2036] to them [G1473] the [G3588]ir father [G3962][G1473], In again [G3825] going [G4198], you buy us [G1473] a small [amount [G3397] of foods [G1033]!
3: said [G2036] And [G1161] to him [G1473] Judah], saying [G3004], bore witness by testifying [G3140] to us [G1473] the [G3588] man , the [G3588] boss [G2962] of the [G3588] land '[G1093], saying [G3004], You will not [G3756] see [G3708] the [G3588] my face [G4383][G1473] if [G1437] should not [G3361] the [G3588] brother your [G1473] the [G3588] younger [G3501] with [G3326] you [G1473] come [G2064].
4: If [G1487][G3303] then [G3767], you send the [G3588] our brother [G1473] with [G3326] us [G1473], we will go down [G2597], and [G2532] we will buy foods for you [G1473][G1033].
5: But if you do not [G1490] send the [G3588] our brother [G1473] with [G3326] us [G1473], we will not [G3756] go [G4198], for the [G3588][G1063] man said [G2036] to us [G1473], saying [G3004], You will not [G3756] see [G3708] my [G1473] the [G3588] face [G4383] if [G1437] should not [G3361] the [G3588] brother your [G1473] the [G3588] younger [G3501] with [G3326] you [G1473] be .
6: said [G2036] And [G1161] Israel], Why did [G5100] you do evil [G2554] [to] me [G1473] announcing to the [G3588] man that [G3754] there is to you [G1473] a brother ?
7: the [G3588] And [G1161] they said [G2036], In asking [G2065], asked [G1905] of us [G1473] the [G3588] man and [G2532] the [G3588] our family [G1074][G1473], saying [G3004], Does [G1487] still [G2089] the [G3588] father [G3962] of us [G1473] live [G2198], and [G2532] if [G1487] there is to us [G1473] a brother . And [G2532] we reported to him [G1473] according to [G2596] the [G3588] this questioning [G3778]. We did not [G3361] know [G1492] that [G3754] he would say [G2046] to us [G1473], You convey ' the [G3588] your brother [G1473]!
8: said [G2036] And [G1161] Judah] to [G4314] Israel the [G3588] his father [G3962][G1473], You send the [G3588] lad [G3808] with [G3326] me [G1473], and [G2532] rising up let us go [G4198], that [G2443] we may live [G2198] and [G2532] not [G3361] die , and [G2532] we [G1473] and [G2532] you [G1473] and [G2532] the [G3588] our belongings [G1473].
9: I [G1473] will look out for [G1551] him [G1473]. from out of [G1537] my hand [G5495][G1473] You seek [G2212] him [G1473]. If [G1437] I do not [G3361] convey ' him [G1473] to [G4314] you [G1473], and [G2532] set [G2476] him [G1473] before [G1726] you [G1473], I will be sinning against [G1519] you [G1473] all [G3956] the [G3588] days [G2250].
10: if [G1487] not [G3361] For [G1063] we slowed [G1019], already [G2235] even we should have returned [G5290] twice [G1364].
11: said [G2036] And [G1161] to them [G1473] Israel the [G3588]ir father [G3962][G1473], If [G1487] so [G3779] it is , this [G3778] you do [G4160]! You take [G2983] from the [G3588] fruits [G2590] of the [G3588] land '[G1093] in [G1722] the [G3588] your containers [G1473], and [G2532] bring [G2609] to the [G3588] man gifts [G1435] of the [G3588] balm , and [G2532] of the [G3588] honey [G3192], and [G2532] incense [G2368], and [G2532] balsam , and [G2532] turpentine , and [G2532] walnuts !
12: And [G2532] the [G3588] silver double you take [G2983] in [G1722] the [G3588] your hands [G5495][G1473]. And [G2532] the [G3588] silver the [G3588] being returned in [G1722] the [G3588] your bags [G1473], return it with [G3326] you [G1473], perhaps [G3379] it is by ignorance !
13: And [G2532] the [G3588] your brother [G1473] you take [G2983], and [G2532] rising go down [G2597] to [G4314] the [G3588] man !
14: the [G3588] And [G1161] God '[G2316] of me [G1473] give [G1325] to you [G1473] favor [G5484] before [G1726] the [G3588] man , even [G2532] to send the [G3588] your brother [G1473], the [G3588] [other] one [G1520], and [G2532] the [G3588] Benjamin. I indeed [G1473][G3303] For [G1063] as much as [G2509] have been made childless , I have been made childless .
15: receiving [G2983] And [G1161] the [G3588] men the [G3588]se gifts [G1435][G3778], and [G2532] the [G3588] silver double [G1362] they took [G2983] in [G1722] the [G3588]ir hands [G5495][G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] Benjamin, and [G2532] rising up they went down [G2597] into [G1519] Egypt, and [G2532] stood [G2476] before [G1726] Joseph.
16: saw [G1492] And [G1161] Joseph] them [G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] Benjamin the [G3588] brother of him [G1473], the [G3588] [one] born of the same mother . And [G2532] he said [G2036] to the [one] the [G3588] over [G1909] the [G3588] his house [G3614][G1473], Bring [G1521] the [G3588] men into [G1519] the [G3588] house [G3614], and [G2532] slay [G4969] the things offered for sacrifices , and [G2532] prepare [G2090]! with [G3326] me [G1473] for [G1063] will eat [G2068] the [G3588] men bread loaves the [G3588] at midday [G3314].
17: did [G4160] And [G1161] the [G3588] man as [G2505] Joseph said [G2036]. And [G2532] he brought [G1521] the [G3588] men into [G1519] the [G3588] house [G3624] of Joseph.
18: seeing [G1492] And [G1161] the [G3588] men that [G3754] they were brought [G1521] into [G1519] the [G3588] house [G3624] of Joseph, said [G2036], On account of [G1223] the [G3588] silver the [G3588] returned in [G1722] the [G3588] our bags [G1473] in the [G3588] beginning we [G1473] are brought in [G1521] the [G3588] to extort [G4811] us [G1473], and [G2532] to place [charge] upon [G2007] us [G1473], the [G3588] to take [G2983] us [G1473] as [G1519] servants [G3816], and [G2532] the [G3588] our donkeys [G3688][G1473].
19: And coming forward [G4334][G1161] to [G4314] the [G3588] man , the [one] the [G3588] over [G1909] the [G3588] house [G3624] of the [G3588] Joseph, they spoke [G2980] to him [G1473] in [G1722] the [G3588] vestibule [G4440] of the [G3588] house [G3624],
20: saying [G3004], We beseech you [G1189], O boss [G2962], we went down [G2597] in the [G3588] beginning to buy foods [G1033],
21: and it happened [G1096][G1161] when [G2259] we came [G2064] to [G1519] the [G3588] rest up [G2647], and [G2532] we opened the [G3588] our bags [G1473], that [G2532] thus [G3592], the [G3588] silver [was] in each [G1538][G1722] of the [G3588] his bag [G1473]. the [G3588] our silver [G1473] with [G1722] weight We returned now [G3568] in [G1722] the [G3588] our hands [G5495][G1473],
22: and [G2532] silver other [G2087] we brought [G5342] with [G3326] ourselves [G1438] to buy foods [G1033], we do not know [G3756][G1492] who [G5100] put [G1685] the [G3588] silver in [G1519] the [G3588] our bags [G1473].
23: And he said [G2036][G1161] to them [G1473], Kindness [G2436] [be] to you [G1473], do not [G3361] fear [G5399]. the [G3588] Your God '[G2316][G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] God '[G2316] of the [G3588] your fathers [G3962][G1473] gave [G1325] to you [G1473] treasures [G2344] in [G1722] the [G3588] your bags [G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] your silver [G1473] in approving I receive . And [G2532] he led out [G1806] to [G4314] them [G1473] the [G3588] Simeon.
24: And [G2532] he brought [G5342] water [G5204] to wash [G3538] the [G3588]ir feet [G4228][G1473]. And [G2532] he gave [G1325] fodder [G5527] [to the [G3588]ir donkeys [G3688][G1473].
25: And they prepared [G2090][G1161] the [G3588] gifts [G1435] until [G2193] the [G3588] came [G2064] at [G1519] Joseph] midday [G3314]. For they heard [G1063] that [G3754] there [G1563] he was about [G3195] to dine .
26: entered [G1525] And [G1161] Joseph] into [G1519] the [G3588] house [G3614], and [G2532] they brought [G4374] to him [G1473] the [G3588] gifts [G1435] which [G3739] they had [G2192] in [G1722] the [G3588]ir hands [G5495][G1473], into [G1519] the [G3588] house [G3624]. And [G2532] they did obeisance [G4352] to him [G1473] upon [G1909] [their] face [G4383] upon [G1909] the [G3588] land '[G1093].
27: And he asked [G2065][G1161] them [G1473], How [G4459] have you [been [G2192]? And [G2532] he said [G2036] to them [G1473], Is [G1487] in health [G5198] the [G3588] your father [G3962][G1473], the [G3588] old man [G4246] whom [G3739] you spoke of [G2036]? Still [G2089] he lives [G2198]?
28: the [G3588] And [G1161] they said [G2036], He is in health [G5198] the [G3588] servant [G3816] of you [G1473] the [G3588] father [G3962] of us [G1473], still [G2089] lives [G2198]. And [G2532] he said [G2036], Blessed be [G2128] the [G3588] that man [G1565] the [G3588] by God '[G2316]. And [G2532] bowing [G2955] they did obeisance [G4352] to him [G1473].
29: And looking up with [G1161] the [G3588] his eyes [G3788][G1473], he saw [G1492] Benjamin the [G3588] brother of him [G1473], the [G3588] [one] born of the same mother . And [G2532] he said [G2036], This [is [G3778] the [G3588] your brother [G1473] the [G3588] younger [G3501] whom [G3739] you spoke [G2036] to [G4314] me [G1473] of conveying '? And [G2532] he said [G2036], the [G3588] God '[G2316] show compassion [G1653] to you [G1473] child [G5043].
30: was disturbed [G5015] And [G1161] Joseph]. contracted [G4962] For [G1063] the [G3588] his innards [G1473] over [G1909] the [G3588] brother of him [G1473], and [G2532] he was seeking [G2212] to weep [G2799], and he entered [G1525][G1161] into [G1519] the [G3588] storeroom [G5009] to weep [G2799] there [G1563].
31: And [G2532] he washed [G3538] the [G3588] [his] face [G4383], [and] coming forth [G1831] he controlled himself [G1467], and [G2532] said [G2036], You place [G3908] bread loaves .
32: And [G2532] they placed [a setting [G3908] to him [G1473] alone [G3441], and [G2532] to them [G1473] by [G2596] themselves [G1438], and [G2532] to the [G3588] Egyptians the [G3588] dining with [G3326] them [G1473] by [G2596] themselves [G1438], [were] not [G3756] for [G1063] able [G1410] the [G3588] Egyptians] to eat [G4906] with [G3326] the [G3588] Hebrews bread loaves , an abomination for [G1063] it is to the [G3588] Egyptians.
33: And he sat down [G2523][G1161] before [G1726] himself [G1473] the [G3588] first-born [G4416] according to [G2596] the [G3588]ir seniority [G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] younger [G3501] according [G2596] [to the [G3588] his youth [G3503][G1473]. were looking amazed [G1839] And [G1161] the [G3588] men each [G1538] at [G4314] the [G3588] brother of him [G1473].
34: And they lifted away [G1161] portions [G3310] from [G3844] him [G1473] to [G4314] them [G1473]. was magnified [G3170] And [G1161] the [G3588] portion [G3310] of Benjamin] over [G3844] the [G3588] portions [G3310] of all [G3956] -- five-fold over [G4314] the [G3588] those [G1565]. And they drank [G4095][G1161] and [G2532] became intoxicated [G3184] with [G3326] him [G1473].
