Ezekiel Chapter 42 - | Early Church Bible

1: And [G2532] he brought [G1521] me [G1473] into [G1519] the [G3588] courtyard the [G3588] outer [G1857], according to [G2596] east , opposite [G2713] of the [G3588] gate [G4439] of the [G3588] [one] towards [G4314] north [G1005]. And [G2532] he brought [G1521] me [G1473], and [G2532] look [G2400], inner chambers [there were] five [G4002] being next to [G2192] the [space the [G3588] left over , and [G2532] next to [G2192] the [G3588] place separating near [G4314] north [G1005],
2: cubits [G4083] a hundred [G1540] [in] length [G3372] towards [G4314] north [G1005], and [G2532] the [G3588] breadth cubits [G4083] fifty [G4004],
3: being diagramed in which [G3739] manner [G5158] the [G3588] gates [G4439] of the [G3588] courtyard the [G3588] inner [G2082], and [G2532] in which [G3739] manner [G5158] the [G3588] peristyles of the [G3588] courtyard the [G3588] outer [G1857], [were] being set in rows facing stoas [G4745] three rank .
4: And [G2532] over against [G2713] the [G3588] inner chambers [was] a promenade cubits [G4083] ten [G1176] the [G3588] width [G4114] by [G1909] cubits [G4083] a hundred [G1540] the [G3588] [in] length [G3372], for [G1519] the [G3588] inner [G2082] way [G3598] cubit [G4083] one [G1520]; and [G2532] the [G3588]ir doorways [G1473] towards [G4314] north [G1005].
5: And [G2532] the [G3588] promenades the [G3588] upper [G5253] [were] likewise [G5615]; for [G3754] protruded the [G3588] peristyle from out of [G1537] it [G1473], from out of [G1537] the [G3588] beneath peristyle , and [G2532] the [G3588] interval [G1292]; thus [G3779] a peristyle and [G2532] an interval [G1292] and [G2532] thus [G3779].
6: For [G1360] they were triple , and [G2532] columns [G4769] they did not [G3756] have [G2192] as [G2531] the [G3588] columns [G4769] of the [G3588] inner chambers ; on account of [G1223] this [G3778] they protruded from the [G3588] [ones] beneath , and [G2532] the [G3588] [ones] in [G1722] middle [G3319] from the [G3588] land '[G1093].
7: And [G2532] doorway outside [G1855] in which [G3739] manner [G5158] the [G3588] inner chambers of the [G3588] courtyard of the [G3588] [one] outside [G1857], the [G3588] [ones] looking before the [G3588] inner chambers of the [G3588] [ones] towards [G4314] north [G1005] -- in length [G3372] cubits [G4083] fifty [G4004].
8: For [G3754] the [G3588] length [G3372] of the [G3588] inner chambers of the [G3588] [ones] looking into [G1519] the [G3588] courtyard the [G3588] outer [G1857] -- cubits [G4083] fifty [G4004]; and [G2532] these [G3778] are the [G3588] [ones] facing these [others [G3778]. the [G3588] whole [G3956] cubits [G4083] [was] a hundred [G1540].
9: And [G2532] the [G3588] doors [G2374] of the [G3588]se inner chambers [G3778] of the [G3588] entrance [G1529] of the [G3588] [one] towards [G4314] east [is for one the [G3588] to enter [G1531] through [G1223] them [G1473] from [G1537] the [G3588] courtyard the [G3588] outer
10: according to [G2596] the [G3588] light [opening [G5457] of the [G3588] [one] at [G1722] beginning of the [G3588] promenade ; and [G2532] towards [G4314] south [G3558], and [G2532] the [G3588] face [G4383] of the [G3588] south [G3558] according to [G2596] face [G4383] of the [space the [G3588] left over , and [G2532] according to [G2596] face [G4383] of the [space the [G3588] separating , and [G2532] the [G3588] inner chambers .
11: And [G2532] the [G3588] promenade in front [G2596][G4383] of them [G1473], [was] according to [G2596] the [G3588] measures [G3358] of the [G3588] inner chambers of the [G3588] [ones] towards [G4314] north [G1005]; and [G2532] according to [G2596] the [G3588] length [G3372] of them [G1473], and [G2532] according to [G2596] the [G3588] breadth of them [G1473], and [G2532] according to [G2596] all [G3956] the [G3588]ir exits [G1841][G1473], and [G2532] according to [G2596] the [G3588]ir lights [G5457][G1473], and [G2532] according to [G2596] the [G3588]ir doorways [G1473]
12: of the [G3588] inner chambers of the [G3588] [ones] towards [G4314] south [G3558]; according to [G2596] the [G3588] doorways at beginning of the [G3588] promenade upon [G1909] a light [G5457] interval [G1292] of a reed [G2563] according to [G2596] east of the [G3588] entering [G1531] them [G1473].
13: And [G2532] he said [G2036] to [G4314] me [G1473], the [G3588] inner chambers , the [G3588] [ones] towards [G4314] north [G1005], and [G2532] the [G3588] inner chambers , the [G3588] [ones] towards [G4314] south [G3558], being in front [G2596][G4383] of the [G3588] intervals [G1292], these [G3778] are the [G3588] inner chambers of the [G3588] holy place , in [G1722] which [G3739] eat [G2068] there [G1563] the [G3588] priests [G2409] the [G3588] approaching [G1448] to [G4314] Boss '[G2962], the [G3588] holy [things] of the [G3588] pures '; and [G2532] there [G1563] they will put [G5087] the [G3588] holy [things] of the [G3588] pures ', and [G2532] the [G3588] sacrifice [offering [G2378], and [G2532] the [things] [G3588] for [G4012] a sin [offering , and [G2532] the [things] [G3588] for [G4012] an ignorance [offering ; because [G1360] the [G3588] place [G5117] [is] pure '.
14: There will not [G3756] enter [G1525] there [G1563] except the [G3588] priests [G2409], and [G2532] they will not come forth [G3756][G1831] from out of [G1537] the [G3588] holy [place] into [G1519] the [G3588] courtyard the [G3588] outer [G1857], so that [G3704] always [G1275] pure ' might be the [G3588] [ones] leading forward [G4317]; [so that [G2532] they should not [G3361] touch the [G3588]ir uniform [G1473] in [G1722] which [G3739] they officiate [G3008] in [G1722] them [G1473], for [G1360] it is pure ', and [G2532] they will put on [G1746] garments [G2440] other [G2087] whenever [G3752] they should touch the [G3588] people [G2992].
15: And [G2532] was completed [G4931] the [G3588] measurement of the [G3588] house [G3624] from inside [G2081]; and [G2532] he led me out [G1806][G1473] according to [G2596] the [G3588] way [G3598] of the [G3588] gate [G4439] the [G3588] looking according to [G2596] east ; and [G2532] he measured the [G3588] plan [G5262] of the [G3588] house [G3624] round about [G2943] in [G1722] arrangement .
16: And [G2532] he stood [G2476] at the [G2596] back [G3577] of the [G3588] gate [G4439] the [G3588] looking according to [G2596] east , and [G2532] he measured five hundred [G4001] with [G1722] the [G3588] reed [G2563] the [G3588] measure [G3358].
17: And [G2532] he turned [G1994] towards [G4314] north [G1005] and [G2532] measured in front [G2596][G4383] of the [G3588] north [side [G1005] cubits [G4083] five hundred [G4001] with [G1722] the [G3588] reed [G2563] the [G3588] measure [G3358].
18: And [G2532] he turned [G1994] towards [G4314] west [G2281], and [G2532] he measured in front [G2596][G4383] of west [side [G2281], cubits [G4083] five hundred [G4001] with [G1722] the [G3588] reed [G2563] the [G3588] measure [G3358].
19: And [G2532] he turned [G1994] towards [G4314] south [G3558], and [G2532] he measured the [G3588] in front of [G2596][G4383] the [G3588] south [G3558], five hundred [G4001] with [G1722] the [G3588] reed [G2563] the [G3588] measure [G3358].
20: The [G3588] four [G5064] parts [G3313] of it [G1473], and [G2532] he set in order [G1299] their enclosure [G1473] round about [G2945] -- five hundred [G4001] towards [G4314] east , and [G2532] five hundred [G4001] cubits [G4083] in breadth the [G3588] to separate [G1291] between the [G3588] holy places , and [G2532] between the [G3588] area around the wall in [G1722] arrangement of the [G3588] house [G3624].
